Reception Visit Tynemouth Aquarium

Reception thoroughly enjoyed their class trip to Tynemouth Aquarium and the beach.

We started the day with a rock pool encounter where we met a star fish and a sea urchin. We were even allowed to touch them – gently.

We then explored the Aquarium where we went on a mission to find our favourite fish – success we found them the orange and white clown fish. Luckily the weather stayed dry and warm and we sat outside on the hill eating lunch and watching the seal show before heading down to the beach We built sand castles, played bat and ball and built a moat.
