Y3/4 visit Washington Wetlands

Year 3 and 4 loved their visit to Washington Wetlands. During the day, they took part in lots of fun activities linked to their science unit. They loved going pond dipping and found lots of different creatures.

The children wandered around the fantastic grounds looking at all of the animals, learned about the otters and even watched feeding time for the flamingos.

Everyone loved holding some real animal artefacts and learning about their life cycles.
